June 15, 2017 - Chris Roh has received the Richard Bruce Chapman award. This award is given annually to an EAS graduate student who has distinguished himself or herself in hydrodynamics research. Damian Hirsch has received the William F. Ballhaus Prize, awarded to an outstanding doctoral dissertation in Aeronautics, as well as the Hans G. Horning Prize, given for the best oral PhD defense presentation in Aeronautics as determined by a committee of current Aeronautics students. Congratulations!
